How TalkCX collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
TalkCX is a vendor-neutral CCaaS and conversational AI consultancy, and an official PolyAI reseller partner, based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, TalkCX is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@talkcx.co.uk.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you give us directly. This happens in two places on this site:
- The contact form on our Contact page, which collects your name, work email, company name and message.
- If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the details needed to schedule that call, under its own privacy policy.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this site. This site does not use a customer account system, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, discuss and scope potential work, and, where you become a client, to deliver our services and manage that relationship. Our legal basis for processing enquiry data is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where applicable, taking steps towards entering into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and respond to enquiries:
- Formspree processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Calendly handles call scheduling if you choose to book a consultation.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which may log your IP address as part of the request.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as it's reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver any agreed work, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations, after which it's deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to our processing of it, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@talkcx.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data you share with us, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to this site or the services we use. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
